Do you own a rental? Don't have time or the energy to complete the recommended 6 monthly landlord checks.?
This is where we can step into help. Starting at just £20 per month, we will attend your property every 6 months and compile maintenance report in line with the rent smart Wales recommended survey.
Following the survey you will receive a report on the condition of the property, any maintenance work required and a quote to keep you ahead of the maintenance.
